The YKK 50 Building was built in 1984 as a symbol of the YKK Kurobe office to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of YKK.

What is now Maruyane Hall was built in 1958 as a yarn manufacturing plant. It stands as a monument to YKK's commitment to the art of manufacturing.

This forest contains 180 cherry trees representing 14 species, such as the Japanese mountain cherry and Edo Higan, which are native to Kurobe.

We have planted seedlings from trees that are native to Kurobe in time for them to become a verdant forest by 2034, the year YKK celebrates its 100th anniversary.
